Thank you for shopping at SmartFind.site! We want to ensure you have a premium experience with our tech essentials. Since we operate specifically within the United Arab Emirates, our policies are designed to be fair and transparent for our local customers.


1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


2. Shipping Costs for Returns

For standard returns (where the product is not defective but you changed your mind), we follow a "Half-Half" shipping policy:
The cost of the return shipping label will be shared equally (50/50) between SmartFind and the customer.
This helps us keep our product prices competitive while sharing the logistics cost with you.


3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours.
In cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit, SmartFind will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.


4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
